Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Amber- a wife, mother, licensed social worker and former corporate healthcare manager who understands the importance and has a passion for helping others around me to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and how we impact the situations we find ourselves in.

My approach to therapy

By meeting you where you are at, and focusing on the root cause rather then targeted symptoms or feelings I aim to give you a deeper connection, understanding and compassion for yourself through a combination of evidenced based strategies- including internal family systems, CBT and somatic-based interventions.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure and empowered to make changes or decisions from a place of peace. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you
