Great to meet you!

My own life experiences have provided me with valuable insights that shape my approach to therapy. I have always been passionate about helping others grow, build self-esteem, and cultivate a greater sense of joy and fulfillment in life. As a therapist, I am dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward healing, self-discovery, and becoming the best version of themselves.

I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California and completed a certificate program in addiction studies at UCLA. My clinical experience allows me to address a wide range of concerns, including life transitions, trauma, self-esteem challenges, and addiction recovery.

Whether you’re facing personal struggles, seeking clarity, or striving for positive change, I am here to provide a supportive space and help you move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I integrate cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and solution-focused techniques to help individuals gain insight, develop coping strategies, and make meaningful changes in their lives. I also draw from humanistic and attachment-based perspectives, recognizing the importance of self-compassion, past experiences, and relationships in shaping our present challenges.

I believe in creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered. Whether working through anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem challenges, or addiction recovery, I help clients build self-awareness, resilience, and practical skills for long-term growth.

Together, we will explore patterns, uncover strengths, and develop tools that align with your goals. My goal is to help you navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where they feel heard, valued, and empowered. My goal is to help individuals gain clarity, develop self-awareness, and build practical tools for managing life’s challenges.

Through our sessions, clients will:

  • Develop healthier coping strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and difficult emotions.
  • Gain insight into patterns that may be holding them back and learn ways to create meaningful change.
  • Strengthen self-esteem, confidence, and resilience in navigating life’s ups and downs.
  • Improve relationships by fostering better communication and boundary-setting.
  • Feel supported in their healing journey, whether working through past trauma, addiction recovery, or personal growth.

Therapy is a space for exploration, growth, and empowerment. My goal is to help clients leave each session with a greater sense of understanding, relief, and actionable steps toward the life they want to create.
