Great to meet you!

Thanks for visiting my profile. Your illness does not define you, your strength and courage do. Now is the time to make your mental health a priority. I am a board-certified mental health care professional dedicated to providing individualized care to all people across the lifespan.

Outside of work, I am a mother of four. I am an Army veteran who enjoys reading, cooking, crocheting, spending time with my family and watching football.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I treat patients of all ages and am experienced in treating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, medication management, obsessive-compulsive disorder, relationship issues, self-esteem problems, sleep disorders, stress, trauma, PTSD, impulse and control disorders, and mood disorders.

What you can expect from our first session

My professional role as a Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner involves caring for society's most vulnerable citizens. I have experience with patients in all settings. With roots in New York and a current residence in Georgia, my vision is to make mental health care more accessible to everyone.
