Great to meet you!

I have spent my career, spanning over 11 years, working primarily within the social services field. My experience includes working within the child welfare system, domestic violence support, community outreach, and private practice. I have spent years developing a passion for working with people who come from all backgrounds of life. I earned my master's in counseling in 2020 and have spent the last six years working with clients specializing in anxiety and depression, trauma, women's issues, and more. I have a passion for making therapy personable and rewarding.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy from a person-centered view, meaning that sessions with me feel like a productive conversation with a peer and less like a lecture or didactic experience.

What you can expect from me

My first sessions often start with quick introductions and a little background information about my experience, but I strive to spend the vast majority of your first session discussing what brought you to the therapy room and setting goals for getting you back to a healthy mental state.
