Great to meet you!

Are you neuro-spicy? LGBTQIA+? Are you tired of wrestling your: thoughts / relationships / life challenges / anxiety / depression / identity / history / values / actions / grief. Are you tired of conversations turning into arguments? I'm here to sit in the proverbial mud WITH you, offering nonjudgmental, skilled help as you process, learn, grow, and get unstuck. As a result of my history and experience, I am a dedicated therapist who works effectively with individuals, couples, and adolescents, with differing struggles. I provide a personable, relaxed, interactive, and collaborative style using various modes of treatment to meet your individual needs. (Virtual appointments only)

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is down-to-earth, collaborative, and focused on what matters most to you. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions—your story, your values, and your goals deserve to shape the work we do together.

In sessions, I aim to create a space where you feel safe to show up as you are. Sometimes that means sitting in the hard stuff without judgment, and other times it means exploring new perspectives or practicing skills that help you move forward. I draw from different therapy approaches—like CBT, DBT, ACT, and relational work—so that we can find what actually works for you, not just what looks good on paper.

What you can expect from me

I like to keep therapy interactive and conversational. You won’t find me just nodding silently in the corner—I’ll be engaged, asking questions, reflecting, and offering tools you can take with you outside of our sessions. My hope is that you leave therapy feeling heard, supported, and more connected to yourself and the life you want to live. If pajamas are your jam, wear them. Please come as you are.
