Great to meet you!

I believe that everyone should be empowered and confident in living the life they want to live. I treat teens and adults with histories of trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, depression and couples struggling with relationship conflict. I believe in working with individuals to increase feelings of regulation and stability in day to day life while addressing historical events that contribute to stressors and day to day challenges.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that therapy starts with a strong foundational relationship and providing individuals from all walks of life with a safe and dignified space that is free from judgement. I utilize a fusion of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and other evidence based practices to support the unique needs of each person I see. I am also trained in EMDR.

What you can expect from our first session

Typically I work with clients to process and identify with emotions and situations occurring in life and incorporate skill development, education and empowerment to support clients to identify goals, and meaningful steps towards reaching them.
