Welcome - I provide counseling for teens and adults to create a healthy, playful and meaningful life. I have a significant background in teen mental health and also enjoy supporting neurodivergent adults such as Autism and ADHD.

My approach to therapy

My treatment approach is experiential, integrating movement, play, and metaphor to increase your growth. I also a variety of evidence-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, DBT, Behavioral Activation, and more, based on your unique needs.

From the first session, you can expect a truly human connection. I use a neuro-affirming and nervous system lens, while encouraging courage and growth.
