Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker, and founder of TherapyAF. I walks alongside individuals and families as they navigate life’s challenges. With training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), I blend proven techniques with compassion to support healing from trauma, anxiety, stress, relational struggles, and so much more.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a true partnership. I use a person-centered, strengths-based approach, meeting each client exactly where they are and honoring their pace. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

Together, we’ll explore sources of distress, process difficult experiences, and uncover your inner resilience. I will gently guide you toward building tools that foster growth, balance, and a renewed sense of hope — so you can move forward feeling lighter, stronger, and ready to tackle life’s challenges.
