Great to meet you!

My name is Amber Wade. I am an LCSW with over 12 years of experience. I specialize in supporting individuals through some of life’s most challenging moments. Whether you're facing a crisis, dealing with trauma or grief, struggling with anxiety and depression, or navigating a significant life transition, I’m here to help.

My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and proven therapeutic techniques that are tailored to meet your unique needs. Together, we can work toward healing, growth, and finding a sense of balance in your life.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, I offer a compassionate and holistic approach to mental health that incorporates person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). I work with individuals aged 16 and up, tailoring my approach to meet each person's unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

I understand that reaching out for help can feel like a big step, and I want you to know that you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Whether you’re struggling with crisis, trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, or the stress of life’s transitions, I’m here to listen and support you in a compassionate, non-judgmental space. If you’re ready to start this journey, or if you simply want to talk and explore your options, please don’t hesitate to reach out. 7ml
