Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and trauma-focused therapist with graduate-level education in social work and experience helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate difficult seasons of life. My clinical work focuses on trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship concerns, self-esteem, attachment wounds, emotional regulation, and major life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, genuine, and direct. I want clients to feel deeply understood while also gaining practical tools and insight that create meaningful change. I recognize that many coping patterns began as ways to survive, so I work from a place of curiosity and compassion rather than judgment. Together, we can explore what is beneath the surface, recognize patterns that may no longer serve you, and build healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

Outside of my work as a therapist, I’m also a mother and vocal coach, which has strengthened my appreciation for creativity, courage, and finding your authentic voice. I bring both professional expertise and genuine humanity into the therapy room. You do not have to arrive with the perfect words or a clear plan—you only need to be willing to begin.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know one another and begin creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you’re currently facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I’ll ask questions about your experiences, relationships, strengths, and history, but you will always have control over what you choose to share and when. You can expect warmth, compassion, curiosity, and absolutely no judgment. Together, we’ll begin identifying your goals and developing a treatment approach tailored to your individual needs.
