Great to meet you!

Hello!

Congratulations on taking the next step in your mental health journey. I will be here to guide you along the way.

I am board certified mental health nurse practitioner dedicated to helping individuals determine the best option to treat any mental health struggles that may arise.

I treat depression, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, insomnia, obsessive compulsive disorder, PTSD, and substance abuse disorders in the adolescent through adult population.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe in creating an individualized plan of care that values client involvement, interprofessional collaboration and evidenced-based practice.

What you can expect from our first session

The initial evaluation will be a 1 hour session dedicated to learning who you are as a person as well as any past treatments that you may have had.

Following sessions are typically 30 minutes. During this time we will discuss change in symptoms, discuss effectiveness of the medication, and decide if there needs to be a change you your medication regimen.
