Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with an M.Ed in Counseling. I have 18+ years of experience working with children, adolescents, and their families (both in school settings and private practice) as they navigate various life challenges including, but not limited to, ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief/bereavement, and/or separation/divorce. I am currently accepting new clients in Texas.

My approach to therapy

As a client-centered Licensed Professional Counselor, I believe trust is the foundation of all therapeutic work. My approach is grounded in the unwavering belief that each client possesses inherent worth, unique strengths, and the capacity for growth. To build trust, I commit to creating a space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and valued—without fear of judgment.

What you can expect from me

Across all ages and settings, I am committed to being a steady, compassionate presence. I believe the therapeutic relationship itself is a powerful agent of growth. By holding space for authenticity, trust, and collaboration, I help clients of all ages move toward healing, resilience, and wholeness.
