I love seeing people grow and blossom as they overcome the challenges life throws their way. I help my clients thrive by aiding them to identify the patterns and habits that interfere with their growth. I believe my job is to empower you to improve your life.
Therapy isn’t a one size fits all. I use a collaborative approach to identify your goals, and we work together so you can achieve them. My therapeutic style is eclectic and as a result, I’m able to adapt to effectively work with a variety of people and issues.
I strive to create a warm and supportive atmosphere where you can be your most authentic self. Therapy by its nature isn't always comfortable, but our space together should be. Ideally you'll leave a session having learned something helpful that you can practice until we see each other again.
