Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Amber. I believe in a person-centered and holistic approach to therapy. You are your own healer, and I am here to guide you on your journey. My goal is to create a supportive and encouraging environment where you can grow and make meaningful changes in your life. In addition to being a therapist, I am an intuitive healer and incorporate this aspect into my therapy sessions as clients feel comfortable and open to it. I combine Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Therapy to tailor my approach to your unique needs. I am also trained in EMDR, which can be particularly effective for those dealing with trauma.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with individuals facing challenges such as addiction, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, eating disorders, PTSD, spirituality, stress, and trauma. Whether you're struggling with one of these issues or simply seeking a space to explore your thoughts and feelings, I am here to help. As a bi-sexual and polyamorous woman, I also work with the poly and ENM community.

What you can expect from me

Together, we will work towards your goals, and I will provide the support and encouragement you need to facilitate growth and change. I look forward to speaking with you and assisting you on your path to healing and well-being.
