Specializes in

Anxiety, Depression, Family Issues, and Relationship Issues

Great to meet you!

For the past 11 years I have worked with individuals and families to resolve relationship issues, cope with anxiety and stress, and create healthier, more fulfilling lives. I have specialized training in relationship issues, conflict resolution, holistic health and stress management.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to help clients get unstuck and into recognizing the choices and power they have in their lives. Modern life is incredibly stressful and so many of us feeling like we are struggling on a daily basis. I help people get out of the struggle and into enjoying life again.

What you can expect from our first session

In sessions with me clients can expect to take away supportive feedback, accountability, empowered choice, and from time to time a little good 'ole fashioned homework. Our time together in session is very valuable, but the time between sessions is useful, too. I help my clients make the most of our work together both in and out of session so that their growth translates into their everyday lives.
