Great to meet you!

Welcome! I provide support to any age adult (special focus on the elderly/terminally ill). I am experienced using many evidence-based therapies to address the multitude of “issues” life throws at us. I would love to be a part of your healing journey. I look forward to speaking with you.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My practice is grounded on the idea that personalized mental healthcare is crucial for effective results. There are many methods out there, but we will choose together treatments that fit your particular situation and personality. I can be very direct in my approach if that is what you want, but I can also take a softer approach based on what we determine works. I am open-minded and comfortable tweaking modalities to best suit you. Humor is also a great medicine, so we may laugh a bit!

What you can expect from our first session

You may feel lighter (but maybe a bit uncomfortable at first) after opening up and letting someone into your world. We will get to know one another during sessions, identify your goals, then work towards them. You will feel safe to talk without judgment, which will widen insight and understanding, building confidence and trust in yourself to make change. You should feel that you learned something from our time together that will keep you moving forward.
