Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with children (5+), teens, and adults across all stages of life. I've supported individuals, families, and groups in a variety of settings, which helps me meet you wherever you are.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and judgement-free. I want you to feel comfortable being yourself without pressure or expectations. You don't have to come in knowing exactly what to say- we'll figure it out together. Therapy with me is a space where you can talk openly, feel heard, and start making meaningful changes at your own pace.

I typically take a short-term, solution-focused approach, helping you build tools you can actually use in your day-to-day life. If you're looking for longer-term support, I'm here for that, too!

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll get to know each other and talk about what is bringing you to therapy. I'll ask some questions to figure out your goals, and we'll start identifying small, practical steps to help you feel better.
