Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a licensed therapist who works with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and other experiences that can make life feel overwhelming. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel understood, supported, and accepted for who you are. My work is grounded in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, better understand yourself, and build the skills and confidence to move forward. I believe meaningful growth can come from even the most difficult experiences, and I’m honored to support clients as they work toward greater resilience, self-awareness, and fulfillment.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and individualized to each client. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you understand patterns, identify what may be getting in the way, and develop tools that support meaningful change. I draw from evidence-based approaches and tailor treatment to your needs, goals, personality, and experiences rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Depending on what you’re working through, therapy may involve building coping skills, processing difficult experiences, improving relationships, strengthening self-esteem, or navigating life transitions. Throughout the process, I focus not only on challenges, but also on your strengths, resilience, and capacity for growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to begin getting to know you as a whole person—not just what brings you to therapy, but your experiences, strengths, values, and what you hope to gain from treatment. We’ll talk about what you’re currently experiencing, relevant history, and the areas of your life you would like to change or better understand. I know that opening up to someone new can feel uncomfortable, so I strive to create a welcoming, relaxed, and nonjudgmental environment where you can share at your own pace. Together, we’ll begin identifying meaningful goals and determining an approach that feels appropriate for you. Most importantly, I want you to leave feeling heard, respected, and confident that we can work together.
