Great to meet you!

I am a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental person who values honesty, respect, and open communication. I am here to listen, provide support, and work collaboratively with clients to identify their strengths, develop coping skills, and work toward their personal goals. I believe every person has the ability to grow and make positive changes at their own pace.

My approach to therapy

I take a person-centered, strengths-based, and collaborative approach to therapy. I believe therapy should provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and respected. I work with clients to identify their strengths, understand challenges, develop healthy coping skills, and set realistic goals. I meet clients where they are and adjust my approach based on their individual needs, experiences, and readiness for change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session to be a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental experience. We will spend time getting to know each other, discussing what brought them to therapy, identifying current concerns, and exploring their goals for treatment. I will explain what they can expect from therapy, answer any questions they may have, and begin developing a treatment approach that fits their individual needs. Most importantly, clients can expect to be heard, respected, and met where they are.
