Great to meet you!

Did you grow up feeling responsible for other people’s emotions—carefully reading the room, staying small, or hiding parts of yourself to avoid conflict? Maybe you learned early that keeping the peace was safer than expressing your needs. Now, as an adult, you may find yourself stuck in patterns of people-pleasing, overextending, difficulty setting boundaries, or constantly questioning your worth. Therapy can help you reconnect with your voice, strengthen your sense of self, and create relationships rooted in authenticity rather than fear, guilt, or obligation. Change is possible, and you deserve support along the way.

I help individuals who were raised by emotionally immature, critical, or unpredictable caregivers and are ready to break free from survival patterns that no longer serve them. Together, we’ll explore how your early experiences shaped your relationships, identity, and emotional world while building healthier ways of coping and caring for yourself.

The ways you learned to cope weren't failures. They were survival strategies. Therapy is not about blaming yourself for those patterns—it’s about understanding them with compassion and learning new ways to move through life. I aim to provide supportive space where healing happens at a pace that feels safe, collaborative, and sustainable. Let's connect!

My approach to therapy

Because therapy isn't a one-size-fits-all process, my approach with clients is integrative and relational. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, guided by the specific concerns and preferences of each client. Our work together will leave you feeling supported, empowered and equipped to navigate life challenges with new insight and perspective.

What you can expect from me

Clients who I have worked with report feeling supported, empowered, and have stated they appreciate the insight I bring into therapy sessions, the focus on goals at the center of sessions, my relational style, engagement in sessions and professionalism. People can expect to feel safe to share with me whatever it is they are struggling with, without judgment. Our first session will be spent clarifying your presenting concerns, exploring and clarifying any goals you may have and collaboratively discussing how I can best support you in our work together.
