Great to meet you!

I earned my Master’s degree from Arizona State University in 2018 and bring eight years of experience in medical social work, along with over a year of experience providing therapy. I work with adults navigating life transitions, aging, anxiety, and depression, using a compassionate, client-centered approach tailored to each individual’s needs and goals. My therapeutic approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to help clients develop insight, build coping skills, and create meaningful change. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I strive to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

I provide a compassionate, individualized approach to therapy for people navigating aging, unexpected life changes, anxiety, depression, loss, and feelings of being stuck or overwhelmed. Using CBT, mindfulness, and Reality Therapy, I help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, develop practical coping tools, and focus on what they can control in the present. I believe therapy should be a calm, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and supported through active listening, reflection, empathy, and clear communication. Together, we’ll work toward greater self-awareness, emotional control, and a more positive and empowered outlook on life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know one another. I'll ask questions about your history and background and identify what brings you to therapy. It's completely normal to feel nervous about your first appointment. We'll take it one step at a time, and I'm here to guide you through the process.
