Sometimes we need someone who is objective, from the outside looking in and can provide targeted guidance that will result in effective change. My job is to teach you how to think differently, empower you to set boundaries and encourage you to take control of relationships and begin to take charge of your life. Life is too short to be stuck, feel confused or be uncertain about which way to go. This life is yours to enjoy and I am dedicated to helping you reach a place of fulfillment and peace.

I bring a diverse and multicultural approach to therapy that requires a comprehensive examination of the many facets of your life that are contributing to the challenges that you are facing. My therapeutic style combines common sense with evidence-based practices of navigating problematic relationship interactions, dealing with mental health and behavioral concerns and also tackling individual issues which could include stigmas like sexual orientation, gender roles and familial expectations.
