Great to meet you!

As a mental health advocate, I am dedicated to providing personalized and integrative mental health care to my clients. My focus is on helping individuals achieve their goals through therapy, medication management, holistic practices, and other evidence-informed interventions. I strongly believe in empowering my clients to take an active role in their mental health and providing them with the tools and resources they need to succeed.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Many clients have excellent progress applying the practice of mind-body skills & guided imagery, especially when processing trauma, grief, or exploring attachment patterns developed in childhood. Schema therapy is wonderful for exploring beliefs developed early on.

I believe there is a place for medications, & they help many people, I also understand that many people do not benefit from medications.

By taking a proactive approach to your care, we can work together to develop a personalized plan.

What you can expect from our first session

I work with my clients to develop self-compassion, increased self-esteem, resilience, encouragement during times of high stress or low motivation, better time-management, & adaptation to transitions such as starting a new job. I can help clients reduce their alcohol intake & safely taper off of medications.

I love using tools such as pictures/apps/resources to provide additional support.

Clients tell me they "feel much better" after our sessions, that I am "very responsive", & they like my "vibe".
