Do you find yourself overthinking everything — replaying conversations, second-guessing decisions, or feeling stuck in your own head?

You might look like you have it together, but inside you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure what to do next. I work with adults and couples who feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, relationship stress, and constant “what ifs.”

A lot of my clients struggle with communication, setting boundaries, or trusting themselves to make the “right” decision. Together, we slow things down and make things feel more manageable. We focus on clearer communication, healthier boundaries, and helping you feel more confident in your choices.

Therapy with me feels like a real conversation — not clinical or intimidating. I’ll meet you where you are, and we’ll figure it out step by step.

My approach to therapy

My approach is simple, collaborative, and practical. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand what’s really going on — not just on the surface, but the patterns underneath things like overthinking, anxiety, or relationship stress.

From there, we’ll focus on what actually helps you move forward. That might look like slowing down anxious thought loops, improving communication, setting clearer boundaries, or learning how to trust your decisions without constantly second-guessing yourself.

You’re always in control of what we talk about. This is your space and your time — there’s no pressure to share anything before you’re ready. We go at your pace, and we focus on what feels most useful to you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s been going on and what led you to reach out. I’ll ask some questions, but it won’t feel like an interview — it’s just a conversation to help me understand you, what you’re dealing with, and what you want to be different.

If you tend to overthink or worry about saying things “the right way,” you’re not alone. I’ll help guide the conversation and slow things down so it feels manageable and not overwhelming.

By the end of the session, we’ll start to get clear on what you want to work on and what next steps could look like — so you leave feeling a little more grounded, understood, and less stuck.
