Great to meet you!

Maybe you've tried to explain what you're going through and felt like no one really heard you. Perhaps you've been judged by your past, an addiction, a diagnosis, or choices made during difficult times. I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction and recovery, co-occurring concerns, and major life changes. I want therapy to be a place where you feel heard, respected, and never reduced to the hardest parts of your story. Together, we'll explore what's happening, what may be keeping you stuck, and the strengths you already have to move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I draw from motivational interviewing, CBT, mindfulness, strength-based approaches, and decades of experience in addiction and mental health. I don't believe my job is to solve your problems for you; I create the space, support, and understanding for you to find your own way forward.

What you can expect from me

You don't have to come to therapy with everything figured out. I believe in your capacity to grow, heal, and discover your own answers when you have the right support and someone willing to truly understand you. If you've spent too much of your life feeling unheard or judged, I'd like to hear your story.
