Great to meet you!

You deserve a space where you can be fully yourself and where all of you is welcome!

I care deeply about creating a safe and comfortable space for all my clients to be able to express themselves. I offer a Neurodivergent-friendly and LGBTQ+ affirming space where you can bring your whole self - including the messy, complicated, uncertain, afraid, curious, and wonderfully weird parts.

I’m a warm, energetic, highly sensitive, multi-passionate creative, and therapist. I believe there is so much more to us than a diagnosis, the difficulties that we are experiencing, and the stories we have been told.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as a collaborative process of getting curious, exploring what is going on in the mind and body, and creating new possibilities.

My trauma-informed approach blends Mindfulness-Based CBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and Expressive Arts.

My non-judgmental approach to therapy may involve talking, mindfulness, creativity, noticing what your body is telling you, movement, or simply making space for something you haven’t had words for yet. I will add humor, hope, and challenge you try different things. You always have a choice of what you want your therapy sessions to look like.

What you can expect from me

Think of the first session as the beginning of a conversation - not an audition you have to pass or a test you have to prepare for. We’ll spend some time getting to know each other, talking about what brought you to therapy, and what’s feeling hard right now. I’ll share a little about how I work and the different ways we might approach therapy together.

No matter what you are experiencing, it is my goal to help every client feel heard, respected, and able to be themself. We will discuss what you hope could be different in your life and what you want from therapy because your input always matters.
