Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Amber, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).

You want someone who listens, who takes your struggles seriously, and who knows that mental health isn’t one-size-fits-all. That’s why I combine evidence-based care with a compassionate, personalized approach.

My goal is to help you not just manage symptoms, but truly improve your quality of life—so you can show up as your best self for your family, your career, and most importantly, for you...

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and personalized. I work closely with clients to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where they feel heard and supported. Treatment is tailored to each individual and may include therapy, medication, or both, using shared decision-making and evidence-based practices. I focus on the whole person, not just symptoms, with the goal of helping clients feel more balanced, empowered, and grounded.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a space to slow down, feel heard, and begin building a foundation of trust. There’s no pressure to share everything at once — we move at your pace.

The goal of the first session is to:

  • Create a safe, nonjudgmental environment
  • Help you feel understood and supported
  • Clarify what you’re hoping to work on
  • Begin developing a thoughtful, individualized plan

Please note: This practice does NOT provided crisis services or intensive outpatient-level of care.

This practice is designed for patients who can safely be managed in an outpatient setting with routine follow-up. Due to limited availability, I am not able to provide higher levels of care, intensive monitoring, or frequent follow-up appointments.

Individuals who are recently discharged from inpatient, residential, or intensive outpatient programs - or who require a higher level of support - are best served by providers equipped to offer more structured and frequent care.
