Great to meet you!

My name is Amber Roberts, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I specialize in working with teen girls, young women, and moms who are navigating anxiety, self-doubt, life transitions, or the feeling of losing themselves in the roles they’ve had to carry. Many of my clients come to me wanting to feel grounded again, understand who they are beneath the pressure, and build healthier patterns that support the life they want.

My approach to therapy

Stepping into this work with me means entering a space designed to support your growth with clarity, intention, and respect. My approach is warm, grounded, and professional, blending evidence‐based practices with a conversational style that helps you feel at ease while still moving toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions, you can expect us to explore what brought you here, identify the patterns or pressures that may be weighing you down, and begin building coping strategies that feel doable and supportive. We’ll talk about your strengths, your story, and what you want for yourself moving forward. You can expect a mix of gentle questions, grounding conversation, and space to express yourself without pressure or judgment.
