Great to meet you!

It takes a significant amount of courage to acknowledge that you’re feeling unseen or stuck, and I want you to know that you are enough, exactly as you are. For over 10 years, I have worked with teenagers, young adults, and families in Arizona to navigate the obstacles that stand in the way of peace and self-acceptance. Whether you are dealing with a major life transition, struggling with depression, or trying to understand your own identity, I am here to walk that path with you. I feel privileged to help my clients achieve their goals and improve their lives by providing a nurturing space where they can finally feel heard and supported.

I believe that the healing journey is a transformative process that requires a deeply compassionate and grounded partner. My background in social work has taught me that everyone’s story is unique, and I am committed to creating an inclusive environment where you can explore your challenges without judgment. I want my clients to feel safe and empowered during their time with me as we work toward rediscovering their inner strength. When I am not in the office, I enjoy staying connected to the vibrant energy of Tempe and finding restoration in my own personal wellness practices.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic and highly personalized, ensuring that our work is tailored to what truly matters to you. I integrate evidence-based tools like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR with mindfulness and solution-based strategies to help you build real-world resilience. We will look at how your thoughts influence your daily experiences and learn how to push back against the ones that no longer serve you. I hope that my clients will be able to positively grow while working together by developing effective coping strategies that carry over into their careers and family dynamics.

We focus on practical, outcome-focused interventions that address everything from self-esteem and anxiety to trauma and life changes. By identifying your existing strengths, we can create a roadmap that helps you regain a sense of control and confidence. Clients should expect to feel heard and supported throughout our time together as we collaboratively navigate the shifts needed for lasting mental wellness.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a low-pressure space where we can delve into what brought you to therapy and start building a foundation of trust. We will talk about the specific issues you’re facing and collaborate on a plan that feels manageable and clear from the very beginning. My goal is to make the process feel welcoming and straightforward, so you know exactly how we will move toward your goals together.

We’ll spend time getting to know each other and deciding which therapeutic ways will most effectively help you make progress. Whether we meet in-person or virtually, I prioritize making sure the environment feels safe and focused on your needs. By the end of our first meeting, my hope is that you leave feeling grounded and more hopeful about the transformative journey ahead.
