Great to meet you!

I help people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or are in the middle of a life transition—whether that’s the end of a relationship, grief and loss, career shift, or personal crossroads. If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma or relationship challenges, and finding yourself overthinking, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward, you’re not alone. Together, we’ll make sense of what you’re going through, build tools to cope more effectively, and help you feel more grounded, clear, and connected in your life and relationships.

My approach to therapy

I use an eclectic approach, pulling from different methods like cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, brainspotting, and solution-focused techniques, to name a few. This flexibility allows me to tailor each session to what you need most in the moment—whether that’s learning a new coping skill, exploring emotions more deeply, or finding small, realistic ways to move toward your goals. Together, we’ll work to build insight, develop tools that actually work for you, and create meaningful change over time. My role is to walk alongside you, offering support and guidance as you discover your own strengths.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, I communicate with warmth, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach, keeping our conversations supportive but focused on real progress. I strive to create a safe, calming space where you feel truly heard. I work closely with clients to set meaningful, realistic goals that reflect what’s most important to them. We collaborate to break larger goals into manageable steps, so progress feels achievable and empowering. As we work together, your goals may evolve as you gain new insights. We can adapt our plan at any time to ensure it’s always meaningful and relevant to you. I’m here to provide the support, guidance, and practical tools you need to keep moving toward where you want to be, even when things feel challenging. Together, we’ll explore your feelings, identify patterns, and practice practical skills you can use every day. Along the way, I will be encouraging and motivating so you can feel empowered as you grow at your own pace.
