Great to meet you!

Great to meet you!

Seeking support and finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, and taking that first step often requires a great deal of courage. I want to acknowledge the strength it takes to begin this process. With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, including seven years as a therapist, I find deep meaning in supporting individuals as they heal, grow, and move toward the life they truly desire.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is centered in helping you gently get to the core of what you’re experiencing, beyond just the surface. I strive to create a warm, welcoming space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. At the same time, I’ll thoughtfully challenge unhelpful thinking patterns in a way that feels safe and respectful, so you can begin to see yourself and your experiences more clearly. I’m here to walk alongside you as you build insight, strengthen resilience, and move toward meaningful, lasting growth.

What you can expect from me

You can expect our work together to feel both supportive and genuine. We’ll have real, honest conversations, sometimes even share a laugh while also focusing on meaningful steps you can take to shift your mindset, improve your overall well-being, and move in a new direction. I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. From there, we’ll work collaboratively in each session to help turn those goals into lasting, meaningful change.
