I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing comprehensive, trauma-informed, and inclusive mental health care. I am a doctorally prepared nurse practitioner with training from Pacific Lutheran University and Johns Hopkins University. I bring 10 years of experience working in many healthcare settings. I treat a variety of psychiatric conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD, and psychotic disorders.

My approach to therapy

I use a patient-centered collaborative approach to treatment and recognize that health is a complex system shaped by people’s environments, family systems, genetics, and lived experiences. I am dedicated to creating a comfortable and affirming space where you can feel heard and understood.
