Great to meet you!

Welcome! Whether you're looking for support for yourself or your child, I know that taking the first step toward mental health care can feel overwhelming.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Colorado State University Pueblo, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing Education from Western Governors University. I later completed a Post-Master's Certificate as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, allowing me to provide psychiatric care across the lifespan.

I offer secure telehealth appointments for patients throughout Colorado, caring for children ages 6 and older, adolescents, adults, and older adults. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management for a variety of mental health conditions, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma-related disorders, and other emotional and behavioral concerns.

As both a psychiatric provider and a parent, I understand that every individual has a unique story. I believe the best care begins with listening. I take the time to understand your concerns, answer your questions, and work alongside you to develop a treatment plan that fits your goals and daily life. When caring for children and adolescents, I believe parents and caregivers are essential partners in the treatment process, and I value open communication and collaboration every step of the way. My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and personalized. Whether you're navigating a new diagnosis, managing ongoing symptoms, or simply looking for guidance, my goal is to help you or your loved one feel more confident, supported, and hopeful. Thank you for considering me to be part of your mental health journey. It is a privilege to care for individuals and families across Colorado, and I look forward to helping you build a healthier, happier future.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based. I believe every patient deserves to be heard, respected, and actively involved in treatment decisions. I provide individualized care that considers the whole person—not just their symptoms—including physical health, lifestyle, relationships, and personal goals. Using a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach, I partner with patients to develop practical, effective treatment plans that promote long-term mental wellness. Whether treatment includes medication, lifestyle changes, or coordination with therapy, my goal is to help each patient achieve meaningful and lasting improvement.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to provide a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where you and your family feel comfortable, heard, and supported from the very first visit.
