Great to meet you!

I have worked in outpatient therapy clinics, community mental health agencies, and hospital clinics. I have my Masters of Social Work degree and am licensed as a Clinical Social Worker. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults through individual and family therapy modalities. When I am not providing therapy, I enjoy spending time with my pets, learning about new hobbies (my recent quest is keeping plants alive), and googling places to see the best sunsets.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe therapy is not "one size fits all." The approach we use will be constantly shifting depending on what you need. I use a variety of approaches, though consider myself to be grounded in mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy. I will work with you to explore which approach will be the best for you.

What you can expect from our first session

Together we will explore how you can put yourself first and be the best version of yourself. You deserve to take a deep breath and learn how to put down the weight of every day pressures you've been carrying all on your own. It's time to discover yourself again.
