Great to meet you!

Since 2009, I have provided a number of specialized therapeutic services to transitional-aged youth (18-26 years old) and adults dealing with challenging life experiences such as depression, anxiety, job related stress, relationship problems, social skills and identity issues related to being apart of the LGBTQIA community. Client well-being is my number one priority, and with teamwork, we can work toward it together.

My approach to therapy

I work from a Person-Centered Therapy perspective, meaning whatever you bring into session, that is what we discuss. Anxiety and depression are the top things I assist clients with and have helped many overcome.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm and professional approach with me asking you questions to get an understanding of why you're seeking treatment at this time. From there we will work collaboratively to create a personalized treatment plan with goals that you would like to work on in therapy.
