Great to meet you!

I work with adults who want more than surface-level coping. As a trauma-informed psychologist, I help people understand their emotional patterns, calm an overworked nervous system, and begin responding to life with more clarity and self-trust.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, paced, and grounded in both neuroscience and lived experience — we go at a speed that feels safe enough to create real change.

Therapy with me is collaborative and supportive, offering both structure and space. Whether you’re navigating trauma, relationship challenges, or long-standing patterns that no longer serve you, you don’t have to do this alone.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance to talk about what’s bringing you to therapy and what you’re hoping for, at a pace that feels comfortable for you. You don’t need to have everything figured out. My role is to help create a safe, supportive space where we can begin to understand what’s going on and decide together how to move forward.
