Great to meet you!

Within the mental health field, for the past 15 years, I've worked with many populations, including senior personality research participants, children receiving in-home family therapy and adult forensic case management. I have been involved in private practice since 2020 and started my solo-practice in 2022. With great success, I have supported many motivated and committed clients to create the change they wish to see in their lives. It would be my hope that I can help you, become the best YOU!

My approach to therapy

I am not "the traditional therapist" or akin to most therapists that you may have seen on screen. Authenticity leads how I show up in therapy and hope my clients will feel comfortable doing this too. I'd like my clients to consider therapy sessions as time set aside to solely focus on them and their experience. I believe my clients have the capacity to make the changes they want and my goal is to provide them with the support they need, in the way they need it.

What you can expect from me

The goal of our therapeutic relationship will be that you leave you feeling capable and competent of navigating the things that may come your way.
