Great to meet you!

Being human is hard. Sometimes we feel stuck, overwhelmed, and emotionally drained. I love working with my clients to rediscover their capacity for motivation, growth, and creativity so they can build lives where they feel grounded, free, and courageous. Healing is a meaningful, messy journey, but it’s so worth it.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I’ve worked with adolescents and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, substance use, and suicidal thoughts. I help clients to take back control of their thoughts and thrive emotionally and spiritually. I incorporate a variety of evidence based practices like dialectical behavior therapy and polyvagal theory, which I tailor to meet your needs.

What you can expect from our first session

I love offering what I have learned about the breath and the body to others who have lived in their heads and pushed away their somatic experiences. By bringing the breath, body, and spirit into therapy sessions, I empower my clients to find safety in their bodies and minds. I look forward to meeting you.
