Great to meet you!

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I bring a compassionate, client-centered approach to care. I believe in creating a safe, judgment-free space where you feel heard, respected, and supported. My practice blends evidence-based treatment with deep empathy, always seeing you as more than a diagnosis. Together, we’ll build a plan that honors your story, values, and goals. Your well-being is my priority, and I’m here to walk alongside you on your path to healing.

I graduated from Walden University in 2021 and did a 7-month intensive fellowship program at Enchantment Health and partners, an outpatient Mental health clinic. I was privileged to work with seasoned Psychiatrists and Nurse Practitioners, seeing patients across the lifespan, managing mental health conditions ranging from Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD/ADHD), Conduct Disorders, Alcohol and Substance Abuse, Bipolar Disorders / Manic Depressive Illness, Anxiety, PTSD, and trauma, Eating and Personality disorders.

I did my residency at the Oklahoma City Veterans Health Hospital, where I was exposed to the VA culture and worked with Seasoned Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Therapists, Pharmacists, and NPs. My clinical expertise surrounds Inpatient, Outpatient, Emergency, and Primary care Psychiatry.

In addition to the mental health conditions mentioned above, in the VA, my focus was on addiction psychiatry ( alcohol and substance abuse), PTSD-military sexual trauma, and mood disorders. I am currently licensed in OK, TX, and NM.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to providing care is collaborative, holistic, and person-centered. I focus on building a trusting relationship where clients feel safe, respected, and empowered. I take time to understand the full picture—your mental, emotional, physical, and social well-being—so we can create a treatment plan that truly fits your life. I blend evidence-based interventions with empathy, cultural sensitivity, and active listening, always aiming to support healing at your pace and in your way.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and empowered. As a seasoned PMHNP, I strive to create a space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions without judgment. You can expect to gain deeper self-awareness, practical tools to manage symptoms, and a personalized treatment plan tailored to your goals. My hope is that each session brings clarity, connection, and progress—no matter how big or small the steps may be.
