Great to meet you!

About Me

As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care in a supportive, judgment-free environment. I believe every person is more than a diagnosis and strive to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. Together, we will develop a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your goals, values, and unique life experiences.

I specialize in the evaluation and treatment of ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, trauma-related disorders, substance use disorders, mood disorders, and other behavioral health concerns. My services include psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy.

I earned my Master's degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Walden University in 2021 and completed an intensive fellowship at Enchantment Health Partners, where I trained alongside experienced psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners caring for patients across the lifespan.

I further advanced my training through a residency at the Oklahoma City VA Health Care System, gaining experience in outpatient, inpatient, emergency, addiction, and primary care psychiatry. I also worked on the Behavioral Health Unit at Hillcrest Hospital Cushing.

My clinical interests include addiction psychiatry, PTSD, trauma, mood disorders, and co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions. I am licensed in Oklahoma, Texas, and New Mexico and am committed to helping individuals achieve lasting mental wellness and recovery.

My approach to therapy

My approach to providing care is collaborative, holistic, and person-centered. I focus on building a trusting relationship where clients feel safe, respected, and empowered. I take time to understand the full picture—your mental, emotional, physical, and social well-being—so we can create a treatment plan that truly fits your life. I blend evidence-based interventions with empathy, cultural sensitivity, and active listening, always aiming to support healing at your pace and in your way.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and empowered. As a seasoned PMHNP, I strive to create a space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions without judgment. You can expect to gain deeper self-awareness, practical tools to manage symptoms, and a personalized treatment plan tailored to your goals. My hope is that each session brings clarity, connection, and progress—no matter how big or small the steps may be.
