Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Ambrose and I use they/them pronouns. I am a directive, goal-oriented, and active clinician that will work with you on examining your patterns of thinking, learning to understand and better regulate your mood, and increasing healthy behaviors. I believe everyone is entitled and deserving of the life they want to live.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a combination of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and trauma-informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I provide therapy to adults that focuses on the understanding and reduction of undesired symptoms, acceptance, empowerment, authenticity, and the improvement of your mental health and wellness. I am experienced in addressing chronic suicidal ideation, anxiety, panic, and trauma. Working with individuals with BPD is my passion. My focus is on the LGBTQIA+ community and neurodiversity .I provide sexual and gender minority affirmative and inclusive treatment.

What you can expect from me

I work with clients in a unique style that is engagingly confrontational, challenging, and radically accepting. I encourage clients to determine and then live their best lives. In treatment you can anticipate being engaged in sessions around your struggles and/or symptomology and see progress that you define.
