Great to meet you!

Anyone can start therapy but it takes trust in your therapist to truly invest in the process. This is why I use an attachment/relational modeI in my work with others. I am dedicated to creating this environment with my clients. Further, I have a variety of mediums to work with children on organizing their emotional world.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I support families through intergenerational and systemic trauma. I also work with families on communication and emotional cohesion. To add, I work with individuals struggling with substance use through co-occurring treatment. My niche is working with the parents experiencing the highs and lows of their new roles and the physical and emotional changes.

What you can expect from our first session

It can be so difficult to reach out when experiencing emotional pain. When this happens, non judgement, care, and collaboration is needed to support treatment progress. This is what I provide.
