For nearly two decades, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s most difficult moments. My work has included supporting adults through anxiety, depression, and stress, as well as helping children and teens heal from trauma.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with specialized certifications in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and Prepare/Enrich for couples.
I believe in being real, direct, and compassionate. My approach is solution-focused and spiritually grounded, helping clients not only understand their challenges but also actively move toward healing and growth in a meaningful way.
In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive space to share their concerns, history, and goals. I will ask questions to better understand your needs, discuss what brings you to therapy, and begin outlining a plan for moving forward. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and determine if the therapeutic fit feels right.
