My name is Ameeta and I have been working in the mental health field for many years. Along with my professional and personal training I am a licensed LPCC who specializes in trauma, addiction, nervous system issues and many more. I believe that my role is to help you learn about your past and how is affects your present and future.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have an eclectic approach to meet people are their level. I come from a humanistic background while focusing on trauma processing, EMDR, Psychodynamic work, CBT and DBT modalities.
