Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with more than nine years of experience supporting individuals, women, young adults, and families navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, parental stress, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions.

I also support clients exploring neurodivergence and work with neurodivergent individuals and families, informed by personal experience and additional clinical training focused on autism and neurodivergence. My goal is to offer a steady, supportive space to work through stress, caregiving demands, identity shifts, relationship challenges, and the changing needs of life.

I currently provide virtual therapy for clients located in Florida.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, reflective, relational, and strengths-based. I see therapy as a collaborative process where we look not only at the challenges bringing you in, but also at your strengths, values, relationships, and the ways you’ve learned to cope over time. I often work with clients who have spent so much energy caring for others or managing daily demands that they’ve become disconnected from their own needs, emotions, and sense of balance. In our work together, I offer support, perspective, and practical tools to help you build a life that feels more grounded, sustainable, and aligned with who you are.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a supportive space where you don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Some clients come in with clear goals, while others just know something no longer feels right, and both are welcome. My hope is that you leave sessions feeling heard, more connected to yourself, and better equipped to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and emotional balance.
