As a mental health counselor I am here to support you, be sympathetic and non-judgmental through your journey. Life can be challenging and at times all we need is compassion and a safe place to express ourself. I work with my patients and meet them where they are and help them focus on the areas that they identify that needs change or maintenance.
The majority of patients struggle with anxiety, depression, self-injury, self-esteem, school problems, and ADHD. I help my patients through mindfulness base therapy to change their thinking patterns, change their mindset and their intrusive thoughts/ thinking, through CBT, positive thinking, and meditation.
My goal is for you to be able to make life long changes and feel more like yourself by the end of our treatment plan date. I will work with you to achieve your desired outcome.
