Great to meet you!

Hi! I am an LISW-S with 10 years of experience in the social work/mental health field. I received a master's degree from Case Western Reserve University and am currently licensed with Ohio. Clients I work with experience anxiety, depression, life changes, relationship issues, LGBTQ+ identity issues, and more. I have experience working with individuals in and around the foster care/adoption systems including relative caregivers and aged out youth. I highly value working with diverse populations.

My approach to therapy

I view myself as a teammate to my clients, and as a result they will get to see my humanity while I see theirs. I typically take a direct, strengths-based, and humanistic approach to helping my clients reach their goals.

What you can expect from me

Along with teamwork, I also value empowerment, guidance, empathy, and humor, which you can expect to get from me in each session. It is my hope that each session is valuable, while we also acknowledge that not every session needs to be heavy. I adapt to the needs of my clients well, and hope to instill confidence and communication skills so that my clients can feel they are leading the sessions and addressing what they came to address.
