Great to meet you!

I was born and raised in the beautiful state of Arizona, where I developed a deep appreciation for the vibrant landscape and the diverse communities that make this region special. My journey has been enriched by my large, blended family, which includes my wonderful husband and our children. Together, we create a nurturing environment that values connection and togetherness, and I cherish every moment spent traveling and making memories with them.

My approach to therapy

I am particularly passionate about promoting both mental and physical health. I recognize that these two aspects of well-being are deeply interconnected, and I aim to advocate for a holistic approach to health in my professional work. My goal is not only to provide immediate mental health support but also to empower individuals to adopt healthier lifestyles that encourage long-term wellness.

What you can expect from me

In sessions with me regarding mental health, clients can expect to take away:

  1. Clarity and Insight: A deeper understanding of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
  2. Coping Strategies: Practical tools for managing stress, anxiety, or other emotional challenges.
  3. Increased Self-Awareness: A clearer sense of personal strengths and areas for growth.
  4. Emotional Support: A non-judgmental space to express and explore difficult emotions.
  5. Actionable Steps: Guidance on how to move forward in improving mental well-being.

The goal is to help clients feel more empowered and equipped to manage their mental health in everyday life.
