Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. I specialize in attachment, relationship dynamics, and supporting neurodivergent individuals, including ADHD and autism. My background focuses on evidence-based, relationship-centered care that supports real-life change, not just insight.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct. I use evidence-based methods including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment-based therapy, and nervous system-informed strategies. I focus on helping clients understand patterns, improve communication, regulate emotions, and build practical skills they can use outside of sessions.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a safe, non-judgmental space where we focus on understanding what’s bringing them to therapy, their goals, and what has or hasn’t worked in the past. We will begin building a plan together that feels supportive, realistic, and tailored to their needs.
