Great to meet you!

I work with the human psyche because I understand it and wish to see others live full and happy lives. I believe the secret to this lies in noticing what and how we are without making it wrong, while still making necessary adjustments to optimize our wellbeing. Whether mentally ill, physically impaired, depressed and unhappy, the question of how to make the most of our circumstances always remains. I delight in helping people answer that question so they feel more whole, gracious and at peace.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults striving for healthy adaptation to painful life transitions, trauma, loss, and addiction recovery. I have worked extensively with severe mental illness, dementia and caregiver support. I am certified in EMDR, practice Brief Solution Focused Therapy, CBT, MindfulnessTherapy, and Existential Therapy grounded in kindness and emotional generosity.

What you can expect from me

What matters most to you? The Chinese sage, Lao Tsu, said, "If you don't change direction, you will end up where you are heading." Are you happy with your direction? If not, come see me. I listen carefully and help you find your way. I am an active, fully-engaged therapist.
